Shelly Schaffer

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Schaffer joined support.com in February of 2008 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Schaffer joined support.com from Yahoo! Inc where she served as vice president, corporate operations finance from January 2007 until February 2008. Prior to that Ms. Schaffer worked as an executive at Mercury Interactive in a number of finance roles of increasing responsibility from September 2003 to December 2006 during which period it was acquired by Hewlett Packard. These roles included vice president of strategic finance and treasury and vice president of financial planning and analysis. Previously, Ms. Schaffer held senior finance roles spanning over a decade with The Coca Cola Company, Nestle Beverage Company, and Cosine Communications. Ms. Schaffer graduated from the University of South Florida earning an MBA and received a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Florida Southern College.

Anthony Rodio

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Anthony Rodio joined support.com from SideStep, where he was the vice president of product management. Prior to SideStep, Mr. Rodio was vice president of marketing at StubHub.com, a fast-growing consumer online marketplace for event tickets. Mr. Rodio has also held senior positions at Microsoft, where he was responsible for MSN consumer marketing, and at Amazon.com, where he was general manager for the company's zShops and the Computer Store, following brand management experience at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Rodio holds a B.S.B.A. from University of Oregon, an M.S. in Economics from Portland State University and an M.B.A. from Washington University.

Kevin C. (Casey) Eichler

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Eichler has served as a member of the Board since February 2003 and became Chairman of the Board in May 2006. Since January 2008, Mr. Eichler has served as chief financial officer of Credence Systems Corporation, a provider of test solutions for the semiconductor industry. From March 2006 until December 2007, Mr. Eichler served as executive vice president of operations and chief financial officer of MarketTools, Inc, an online marketing research company. From May 1998 until February 2006, Mr. Eichler served as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of MIPS Technologies, Inc., a provider of processor architectures and cores for digital consumer and business applications. Mr. Eichler also serves on the board of directors of Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc., a developer and supplier of subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment industry, and Magma Design Automation, Inc., a provider of electronic design automation software and design services. Mr. Eichler holds a B.S. in accounting from St. John's University.

Shawn Farshchi

Mr. Farshchi has served as a member of the Board since February 2007. Since December 2006, Mr. Farshchi has served as Chief Operating Officer of Coremetrics Inc., an on demand web analytics application solution provider. From January 2003 until December 2006, Mr. Farshchi served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Technical Operations at WebEx Communications, Inc., a multimedia collaboration service company. From January 2002 until December 2002, Mr. Farshchi served as Regional Vice President of Managed Services at Oracle Corporation, a database and enterprise application software company. Mr. Farshchi holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University San Francisco.

J. Martin O'Malley

Mr. O’Malley has served as a member of the Board since April 2006. Since July 2005, Mr. O'Malley has served as a Managing Director with WTAS, LLC, a tax and financial advisory firm. From January 2005 until July 2005, Mr. O'Malley served as a Managing Director with Alvarez and Marsal, a tax and financial advisory firm. From June 2002 until December 2004, Mr. O'Malley served as a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, an accounting firm. From September 1992 until June 2002, Mr. O'Malley served as a Partner with Arthur Andersen, an accounting firm. Mr. O'Malley holds a B.S./B.A. degree from Georgetown University.

Mr. Stephens has served as a member of the Board since October 2006. From February 1990 until November 2005, Mr. Stephens was employed in various positions by Adobe Systems Inc., a software company, most recently as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations. Mr. Stephens holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University

Mark Fries

Mr. Fries has served as a member of the Board since August 2009. Mr. Fries currently serves as a partner in The ROIG Group LLC, a consulting firm focused on accelerating value for clients. From January 1999 until February 2009, Mr. Fries served in a number of executive positions for Best Buy and its subsidiary The Geek Squad, most recently as Vice President of Enterprise Services Strategy and Partnerships. Other experiences included leadership of Best Buy’s retail concept development team, innovation capability and other new business model launches. Previously, Mr. Fries held leadership positions with Target and Honeywell Inc. Mr. Fries holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration focused on Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minnesota.
