Apply for a Posted Position

Read the job description carefully and apply to the position that clearly matches your background and experience. Organize your resume to highlight the skills and experience we have clearly defined in the job description. When you upload your resume, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your application has been successfully received. This confirmation email includes a link where you can check on the status of the job you applied for at any time.

Our interview panel will carefully review all resumes and select those people that closely match the background and experience required. A support.com Recruiter will contact qualified candidates to set up a phone interview.

Phone Interview

Candidate's background and qualifications will be discussed. This is an opportunity for candidates to get an overview of the company and the advertised position as well as a chance to ask questions. The interview process will be clearly explained during this call.

Phone Interview Conducted by Hiring Manager

The company, position, and candidate’s overall background and experience will be discussed. Phone interviews vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour, or more, depending on the position.

On-site Interview

In-person interview at a support.com office. Depending on the position and department, we typically set up three to five interviews on this day. For select positions, presentation interviews with a panel will be arranged.

Final On-site Interview

Our top candidates will be invited back for a final interview or round of interviews.

Multiple references will be checked, followed by an extensive background check. All offers are contingent upon completion of a satisfactory background check.
