in Redwood City, California and Bangalore, India make up more than 40% of our corpo-
rate staff. Our super-talented engineers work with the latest .NET technologies and
development tools to build and test hosted software products for exclusive use in our
business. These products include the Service Delivery Management System, Solutions
Toolkit, Analyst Workspace, Easy Support, PC Health Check and our Data Warehouse.
 
 
The Service Delivery Management System (SDMS) orchestrates the entire lifecycle of premium technology service delivery to ensure a seamless and optimized experience for the customer. Through the power of SDMS, large retailers and digital service providers can deliver truly comprehensive multi-channel technology service programs to their customers while avoiding the need to add costly labor.
The Solutions Toolkit is utilized by our Solutions Engineers on our customers’ computers for every service that we deliver. This tool dynamically downloads our best workflows, processes, tools and automated fixes for each type of service that we deliver, and then executes many of our service delivery steps automatically. Our services are dramatically better, faster and more consistent through the use of client-side automation in the Solutions Toolkit.
 
 
The Analyst Workspace provides a comprehensive problem resolution and tracking environ-ment for our Solutions Engineers. This workspace combines all of the automated technolo-gies that we have built for our Solutions Engineers into one fully integrated and highly ergo-nomic application, including telephony and chat integration, remote screen sharing, order entry and payment, incident tracking, service workflow and subscription management. Analyst Workspace leverages the latest .NET technologies including Microsoft’s Windows Presenta-tion Foundation (WPF) to produce a highly responsive, richer and more integrated experience for our Solutions Engineers.
We deliver our Easy Support client software to every new subscriber that we serve. Easy Support enables
our subscribers to connect to us for service with just one simple click. The product also conducts periodic
health checks of the subscriber’s PC and notifies them if any issues arise, such as out-of-date security
software.
 
 
PC Health Check quickly scans the customer’s PC for security, hardware and application issues
and utilizes its complex recommendations engine to identify which one of our services would be
best for the customer.
Finally, our Data Warehouse aggregates the detailed information that is produced by all of our products
to provide complete visibility into our service quality, efficiency and results.
