Work-From-Home
USA and Canada
For many people, working from home is an ideal situation and for some, it might be their only practical option. Our U.S. and Canada-based Call Center is a distributed work-from-home model. As one of our agents, you’ll operate from your own familiar equipment (with the exception of telephone), while leveraging the most powerful patented technology support platform for service delivery.
Although you’ll have the flexibility of working from your own home, you won’t work in isolation. Our community web portal enables our Call Center team to collaborate and stay in touch continually on common technical problems, customer questions, topics of general professional interest, and company news. Additionally, you will be part of a larger community – the support.com family. We hold our Call Center employees in the highest regard, including them whenever possible. We are very used to working globally, and have perfected the art of remote communication!
We are looking for talented technicians who love fixing technology problems. If you’re looking for a satisfying career option with attractive benefits, one that enables you to maintain a high quality of life, Support.com may be just the solution.
